It was like a long-awaited child – we dreamt about it, trying to picture if it will look like us or may be completely different? One was clear – it will be a very much loved and cherished, will have a remarkable future, and will bring joy not only to us, but to many, many others.

Finally this moment is here - the Art Platform has been born! At the moment it is still small and rowdy, but we are educating it already. The number of artists is growing, the number of art articles offered is doubling, and our happiness is immeasurable.

Sounds too dreamy? We can say it more down to earth terms. We have been organizing JARMARKA (the Art Academy of Latvia student work exhibition and sale) for seven years already and last summer we decided that Jarmarka needs a brother! See, we are back to children again! But the thing is, we are five energetic, friendly, creative and positive ladies who love our projects as if they were our own kids, and we very much hope that you will like and fall in love with them too.

If you notice any shortcoming on our website, do not be too harsh. We will be happy to hear your recommendations for improvements, comments, and yes, also constructive criticism. This way we can grow together to become better people who have access to quality art, like-minded individuals, creative thoughts, and great inspiration for good works!
